• Account Data: When you register, we collect your email address for authentication via one-time passcodes (OTP).
• Billing and Payment Data: We do not collect or store full credit card numbers. Payments are processed through NOWPayments. We store payment identifiers, status, plan, and invoice amount to provision paid access; we do not store wallet private keys.
• Integration Data: If you enable notifications, we collect your Telegram Chat ID.
• Service Configuration Data: We store the keywords, subreddits, and brand profile information (such as product descriptions and target audience) you configure within the Service.
• Usage and Analytics Data: We automatically collect data regarding your interaction with the Service, such as IP addresses, browser types, log data, and performance metrics, utilizing cookies and analytics tools.
• Public Feed Data: As part of the core functionality, the Service temporarily processes and stores supported public Reddit and X posts that match your configured keywords.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected data to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Service.
• Authenticate your login requests via email OTP.
• Send real-time lead alerts to your connected Telegram account.
• Generate AI draft suggestions based on your brand profile.
• Process subscription upgrades and manage your billing status via NOWPayments.
• Monitor for fraud, unauthorized multiple accounts, and abuse of the Service.
• Send administrative emails, updates, and customer support responses.

3. Lawful Bases for Processing

We process your personal data on the following lawful bases:

• Contractual Necessity: To provide the Service and fulfill our Terms of Service.
• Legitimate Interests: To improve our platform, prevent fraud, and conduct analytics.
• Consent: Where you have explicitly opted in to specific data processing activities.

4. Data Sharing with Third Parties

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with trusted third-party processors necessary to operate the Service:

• NOWPayments: For checkout and payment confirmation.
• Resend: For delivering OTP login emails and transactional messages.
• Telegram: To deliver alert notifications to your device.
• AI Providers (e.g., OpenAI): Your brand profile inputs and public Reddit and X posts may be transmitted securely to AI providers solely for the purpose of generating draft reply suggestions.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. System logs, analytics, and matched public posts are retained for 90 days before being securely deleted or anonymized.

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. However, no electronic transmission over the internet or information storage technology can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.

7. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal data. You can manage your account data directly in your dashboard or contact us to exercise your rights.

8. Children's Privacy

The Service is not intended for children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.

Advertising measurement

We use Google Analytics, TikTok, Microsoft Clarity, and the OpenAI measurement pixel to understand visits and conversions. Campaign parameters and advertising click references may be linked to account registration and confirmed payments. Where enabled, server-side OpenAI measurement sends an event identifier, time, click reference, and purchase amount; it does not include raw email addresses. Measurement remains subject to applicable consent requirements and your browser controls.
