Refund Policy

Effective Date: September 16, 2026

At LeadVigil, we want to ensure our customers are satisfied while maintaining a sustainable software business. This Refund Policy outlines how we handle subscription cancellations and refund requests for the LeadVigil service, with checkout provided by NOWPayments.

1. Subscription Billing Overview

A confirmed payment provides 30 days of paid access. Renewal is manual: you will not be charged automatically when the period ends.

2. How to Cancel

You can cancel your subscription at any time directly from your LeadVigil account settings dashboard, or by visiting leadvigil.com/settings.

3. Effect of Cancellation

When you cancel your subscription, the cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid billing period. You will not be charged again. You will continue to have full access to your paid plan's features until that billing cycle concludes. We do not provide prorated refunds for partially used months.

4. Refund Window

We offer a 7 days money-back guarantee for initial subscription purchases. If you are unsatisfied with the Service within the first 7 days of your original purchase, you may request a full refund.

5. Treatment of Renewals

The initial-purchase guarantee does not automatically apply to later manual renewals. Contact support about a payment issue before making another payment. We do not automatically charge for renewal.

6. Exceptions and Billing Mistakes

If you believe you were charged due to a technical error, duplicate charge, or fraudulent use of your payment method, please contact us immediately. Such issues will be reviewed and refunded promptly upon verification.

7. Situations Where Refunds May Be Denied

We reserve the right to deny a refund request if:
