Terms of Service

Welcome to LeadVigil! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the LeadVigil software-as-a-service platform, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service"), provided by LeadVigil ("we," "us," or "our").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

1. Who We Are

LeadVigil is a social listening and analytics platform that allows users to monitor publicly available Reddit RSS feeds for user-defined keywords, receive real-time notifications via Telegram, and utilize artificial intelligence to generate optional support draft suggestions.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

3. Account Registration and Security

To access certain features, you must register for an account using a valid email address. We use a passwordless, one-time-passcode (OTP) system. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account access and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Description of the Service

LeadVigil allows you to track specific keywords and subreddits. When public posts match your criteria, the Service calculates an internal intent level and alerts you via Telegram. Depending on your subscription plan, the Service may also generate an optional AI-written draft suggestion based on your configured brand profile.

5. Subscription Plans and Feature Availability

We offer Free and Paid subscription tiers (e.g., Starter, Pro, Growth). Features such as the number of tracked keywords, lead history, CSV exports, and AI draft generation limits vary by plan. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service or change the features of any subscription plan at any time.

6. Billing, Renewals, and Payment Processing

Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis.

• Merchant of Record: All payments are processed securely by our designated Merchant of Record, Paddle. By upgrading to a paid plan, you agree to Paddle’s terms and conditions.
• Auto-Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel before the renewal date.
• Taxes: Prices shown may be exclusive of applicable taxes, which Paddle will calculate and add at checkout based on your jurisdiction.

7. Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard or by visiting leadvigil.com/settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current paid billing period. You will retain access to paid features until that period ends.

8. Acceptable Use and Prohibited Conduct

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use complies with all applicable laws, Reddit’s Terms of Service, Telegram’s Terms of Service, and anti-spam regulations.

You strictly agree NOT to:

• Use the Service to send unsolicited promotional material, spam, or harassing messages.
• Post AI-generated draft suggestions automatically or without manual human review and approval.
• Impersonate any person or entity or engage in deceptive marketing practices.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or disrupt the Service's infrastructure.
• Create multiple free accounts to bypass plan limitations.

9. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

LeadVigil utilizes third-party AI providers (such as OpenAI) to generate draft reply suggestions. These drafts are suggestions only. We make no representations regarding the accuracy, appropriateness, or effectiveness of AI-generated content. You are entirely responsible for reviewing, editing, and deciding whether to publish any AI-generated text.

10. Third-Party Services Disclaimer

The Service relies on third-party platforms (Reddit public feeds, Telegram, Resend, Paddle, OpenAI). We do not control these platforms and are not responsible for their availability, policy changes, or data handling practices.

11. No Guarantee of Results

We provide a social listening tool; we do not guarantee specific business outcomes, support resolution rates, or metric improvements.

12. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its code, design, and algorithms, is the exclusive property of LeadVigil. You retain all rights to your specific brand profile data and keyword configurations.

13. Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice or refund, if we determine that you have violated these Terms, engaged in abusive conduct, or violated the terms of third-party platforms we integrate with.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LeadVigil shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, resulting from your use of the Service or your interactions on third-party platforms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
